Found a coverless Quality publicaton PlasticMan with the splash page titled 'The Man In The Fiery Disguise'.

A long shot but seeing there are still some missing books in the PlasticMan folder I thought to ask if anyone might know off hand what the number of the book might be.

That sounds like Plastic Man_060 March 1956, the story is in fact a retitled reprint from issue_043 November 1953,  that time around it was called "The Monster of Flame"

In fact almost the whole issue is made up of reprint material, the other stories being from issues # 27, #41 and # 42.

Thats the BAD news, but the GOOD NEWS seems to be that this issue is MISSING from our files so if you would be kind enough to scan it that'll be ANOTHER gap plugged.

rename it 'Plastic60.jpg' and save it in a folder you can find it again Rez.

Just tried again as normal and it saves fine. Before it kept coming up with a file name I didn't recognize  and wouldn't save.
Regardless, have both copies now, thanks.
