Introduction To Our Reading Group
« on: January 01, 2014, 10:03:30 AM »

Welcome to the Reading Group's forum section!

We don't have any stinking rules here... well actually we do have just a few, just to stop complete anarchy!

1) Every Monday a book is chosen. At the moment we are concentrating on "standard" US comicbooks. If there is demand then it would be really cool to set up other groups for pulp/non-english etc. But we are initially running with US comics.

2) One particular story in the book is chosen as the focus of the discussion, but feel free to talk out other stories/pages or the cover. Or related topics

3) We have a few books already identified .. but it is planned that once we are "bedded" in Group members get to pick the books.

That's it really apart from to say we launch January 6, 2014 and it's going to be AWESOME!!

Why not a Non-English book or title/series for a reading room change? Just a thought.....I'm partial to Italian books... :-)
