Hello,
I'm brand new here. My name is Phil Latter, out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yoc told about the site. I'm impressed. I am newly (as of today) registered with a handle and password. But I am not able to download anything.

A message pops up that basically says that I have reached my limit of downloads for this period. That of course is ridiculous since I only just joined this morning and I have yet to download anything. I also answered the auto posted email to my email from this group by clicking on the link in that email.

I even tried signing out and then signed back in.

The comic I tried to download was Jack In The Box # 11.

Some help?

Unfortunately this is a common problem, some people experience you need to make sure you are logged into the download site, and that your browser has actually updated the session. To do this all you usually need to do is check your user CP on the download site, and you limit will be updated.
