Hello people, my name is Eric. I live in Brazil and decided to join this forum because me and some friends has a 
website in Brazil with the purpose to scan old comics from 1940's, 1950's and 1960's to preserve and share this old comics to new generations.
Here is possible to discovery where the originals has published and give more information for fans in Brazil.
I discovered this forum from an indication of a friend in a group of comics collectors from facebook.

Enjoying the discuusion between you two, even though I don't read much Portuguese - I'm intuiting from a knowledge of other languages.
Perhaps you could explain a bit about Judoka, please?  I looked up o guiaebal.com and found that the Judomaster strand (the Charlton hero) merged into Judoka.  What is the connection - apart from Judo, that is?

The Judomaster had his magazine, the USA, was canceled at issue 6. Yet the character had done much success, Ebal, which at the time had the rights to publish the character of Charlton in Brazil, as there was more material to publish his decided to create a character based on Judomaster, if the Judoka, for the first edition of this Judoka's seven, because the Judomaster has canceled the sixth edition.
But all the editing Judoka are new and made ​​in Brazil.

Thank you for the information.  I have seen Judoka, and some other Brazilian comics on a couple of Gibi sites and I am intrigued.
