problems downloading

I wanted to download sotries Stories By Famous Authors Illustrated 009-Nicholas Nickleby and other similar sories but an error message appear, and it says thaht Ive exceed the number of downloads but I haven't downloaded anything yet I'm new what happen?

Everytime I attempt to download a comic I receive this message?
