I've always liked those humorous Graham Hunter covers ever since I first came across them on the GCD a few years back... and yes, Chuck White is a good series. I happened to get interested in the multi-part "Story of Glass" while thumbing through TC #v2#3 (the October 1, 1946 issue) here on CB+... I found the cover rather interesting for some reason... and stumbled across the "White" saga as well.
I found myself going back a few issues to read the characters first episodes and then followed along while finishing the glass piece. Although religious in content and perspective, it was still a rather engaging and entertaining story... at least for the few installments I happened to read.
As I've said before, it's one of the nice things about CB+ (and DCM to a lesser degree)... they host ALL types of GA comic books and related ephemera, not just the more controversial stuff.
