NotesGOLDEN LAD featuring the wonderful art of MORT MESKIN was a comic book produced in the mid-1940s by short-lived Spark Publications, specifically for two years 1945-1946, culminating in a 5-issue series. This collection was assembled from the best paper scans freely available on the web for the sole purpose of just putting together an easy-to-read, super high quality book of Golden Lad stories collected chronologically into one super issue. I put this together soon after I joined DCM, so the scans should be non-altered in any way from the existing DCM scans, except for the fact that the images may (or may not) have been resized somewhere along the 1000px wide resolution. In either case, the collection is 117p and a fairly compact 34mb. I plan on possibly updating and upgrading this compendium hopefully sometime in the future when and IF further high-quality paper scans do arise. This is v1.0. Enjoy, capnted.
