Mackinnon and Fly were the owners of Radio-Science Publications. Miller/Contento/Bleiler give the publisher as Radio-Science Publications, Inc.; Jamaica, NY. The contents page shows publication date of Oct. 20, 1930. Canada price C$0.60
The illustrations to "The Black Star Passes" are credited to Wesso on both the title and contents page, but are signed "Paul", with the exception of the 4th illustration (pg. 513), which is not signed.
