Where are the indicia? What is the date of this book? This looks more like a Holyoke book than a Fox book.

Great storys like the Blue Beatle, how the flyer did not know that the guy who helped him was the blue beatle, but that's the comic book super hero bizz.

There's a good reason why the 30's and 40's are considered the golden age of comics. I love how whimsical the characters are, such as Neje, the woman who fights Nazi scum while wearing wooden shoes. Quite frankly, comics today aren't as fun as they used to be.

George Tukel goes from lifting Milton Caniff in "French Girl" to appropriating Will Eisner in "Case of the Empty Envelope." An equal opportunity swipist.
