Bill Monlo, who illustrates three stories in this issue, may be the worst comic-book artist of all time. His lack of skill is fascinating.

I'm glad somebody else said it first. He drew every genre equally poorly. But he got the work in!

Actually, I rather liked this. The first story was spooky - there's always something creepy about mannequins. I didn't think the art was too bad, captured the style of the era well - though admittedly a bit static and perfunctory.

Nostalgia! As a youth in the early Sixties I read a lot of Charlton comics and this issue has the "typical" Charlton-style artwork I came to expect. Sure there were some outliers like Steve Ditko and Pete Morisi, but Molno, Alascia, etc., were the stalwarts. A few years later I switched to Marvel. What a difference!
