Curious one-trick-pony gimmick, sort of a Hillman specialty (Micro-Face, anyone?). I had to look it up: Zippo lighters began to be produced in 1936 so it's rather unusual that Hillman decided to go with that name. They could have at least chosen "Wheelo" or "Captain Roller" or even "Speedo" (altho that was also already in use since the late 1920s). Anyway, thanks for this compilation, Hillman is not very well known (other than Airboy and the Heap) so it was new to me.

Yeah he's a pretty weird character, like many Hillman superheroes, and the name is a weird choice too. I'm glad you enjoyed the compilation!
