Malcolm joins a revolt and agrees to kill Elizabeth himself but allows her to escape instead. Learning Robert plans to wipe out the rebels, Elizabeth returns to warn them. Malcolm kills Robert and the escaped slaves sail off to freedom in America; Elizabeth accompanies Malcom to begin a new life. |
