Madame Satan is named Tyra (though called Iola in most of the later stories) who is chosen by The Devil to become his emissary of evil on Earth! Much later, she hosted America's Next Top Model.

Character is remarkably similar to the Marvel {Timely] original Black Widow, who became an agent on earth for Satan to harvest likely candidates.
