Janet returns to normal in the daytime, but Beth returns every night. Richard loves both Beth and Janet, so he requests assignment as a meteorologist to the North Pole, where nights and days are 6 months' long.
ContentGenre: Horror-suspense | Characters: Richard Farson; Beth Thomas; Janet Paxton Farson
NotesThe premise of this story is similar to that in the novel "The Other One" (1952) by Catherine Turney, which was later adapted into the film "Back from the Dead" (1957). In the novel/film and this story, a man's wife is possessed by the spirit of his dead wife (fiancee in the comic). However, in the film the spirit is evil, but the comic makes both women good, leading to the protagonist's final decision.
