Dan, who loves Patty, agrees to fly a “gambling plane” to earn money for Andrew’s defense. Tommie boards the flight and is injured in a brawl; Dan lands the plane so he can get medical attention. Tommie’ s father drops the charges and Dan will marry Patty. |

Since she’s still alive and happy, she forgives him. |
