Just joined. Tried my first download with the Phantom Lady archives. However, sadly, it was said that it couldn't be downloaded because the source material wasn't there.

I just downloaded it successfully. Also all the Phantom Lady Archives.
The problem will be at your end somewhere, maybe your browser? or maybe your server was too busy to download it. Can happen this time of year.
