The index card and credits are for the issue 4 of the 1949-50 series; this is dated 1958.

There's something creepy about that cover. The pose and position of Spooky's hand combined with the mound on the snowman's (snowwoman's?) chest and his/her expression makes it look like Spooky is creating a Me Too Moment.
