Crashryan, I see little if any of the sloppy, rushed bad drawing of almost all of Sparling's 1960s comic book art.
I LIKE Sparling's art on Johnny Danger here. I like it almost as much as I like Bob Powell art!
Just today I'm comparing Jonny Double (also with art by Sparling) to Johnny Danger and Johnny Dynamite (Pete Morisi is one of my all-time favorite comic book artists as is Bob Powell) to post on the Facebook Retroactive Comics group.
I invite you to friend me on Facebook if you're not rigidly intolerant re religion and politics and don't mind obsessive unPC ranting. (Most of my Facebook friends just IGNORE my unPC ranting.)
I'm also in the Facebook Little Golden Books group, etc.
