Yep, that's the one. Thanks for correcting. Error in not checking the link after posting. My bad. :-[

Reading the ad makes me think this is not just a profiteer but a true fan who realizes that he has bit off more than he can chew, not wanting to say die, hoping to see the work progress and recouping some of his dollars and time spent over the years.

Perhaps we'll see when the totals are in at sales end and if the reserve price will be revealed.
