Notice the cartoon version of The Phantom in the ad on our page 18. Also, could the art on the back cover ad be by Hugo Pratt?

I'll bet my Corto Maltese hat the back cover ad was drawn by Pratt. And I'm pretty sure this correspondence course was later turned into a how-to-draw-comics book with art by the likes of Pratt, del Castillo, and Breccia. I have a paperbound Italian translation published in the 1970s, by which time some of the content was already becoming obsolete. It's an interesting book.
