Dell's March of Comics
« on: November 08, 2008, 10:21:22 PM »

l do not suppose anyone would happen to have a complete listing of the March of Comics collection up to about #200, with the names of all the titles. l know l am a lazy sod, but if there is a shortcut to typing the names to make it easier for me to check the PD status l will take it. Thanks for any help.  :)

Do you mean something more than the character title listed as what is found in the Overstreet Guide?
If someone has the digital copy of the guide it may be a simple matter to copy/paste the page with the 200 on it.

Aren't they all registered as "March of Comics"?  When I punch that into the Copyright Office's web search, I get a sizeable result set.

I'm going to guess Aussie is trying to check on the individual stips inside?

As far as l know each one only has one, certainly each copyright is renewed for the entire comic. l have my list of renewed copyrights now but was still hoping someone could save me all that typing for the ones we can actually have, it takes me forever to list the things. l want to check any titles with no renewals to see if we can make sections up for the characters, and what restrictions there might be on what can be uploaded.

Thanks Yoc, that is what l was after.  ;D

l have trouble with my hands and the less typing l have to do the better.  l was initially looking into whether or not the early Indian Chief issues had been renewed so l could note the appearances in the section and see if scans were available. Decided l might as well sit there and run through the entire list of the titles while l was there, l just need to see which titles we can have so l can look at what other series they appeared in and make up the sections for those titles, and l did not want to type out the missing titles.  ;)

All these ones are renewed and we cannot have them on the site.
