Hi,
I've joined CB+ recently and have downloaded few comics. I want to print it, but before that I want to know other than CB+, where can I check whether the comic falls under public domain.

I believe the Comics Not Allowed section has some ways to check https://comicbookplus.com/forum/index.php/board,15.0.html

You might also want to look at the Digital Comics Museum's upload forum http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/forum/index.php/board,21.0.html

When I've checked status I usually go to those places for a link.
