The site is working all right,, but my limits are all at 0, and the "time remaining" meters are both at "0 Days, 0 Hours, 0 Minutes". I haven't downloaded anything from the site for months, so what's up with that?

Hi Adamant. You just registered on March 26, 2010. I think you mean that you were downloading files without having an account sometime back when that was possible.

The new owner of the site, Janus, has instituted new policies. Now that you have an account, one of the mods will set you up with a monthly allotment of bandwidth that will allow you to download. Have patience, one of them will set you up shortly.

I haven't downloaded for over a week and my limit hasn't reset? Isn't the download limit for registered users  200mb or 20 scans every 24hrs or has that been changed?

Could I get my account reset as well.  I came up Sunday to grab a couple of issues before I lost what I had on the meter as I'd only downloaded 4 issues alast week only to find that the site was down.  Came back tonight and download capacity was right where I left it last week when I was last here.  I managed to get 3 issues tonight before it errored out on me.  Thanks.

Now I'm confused again. Are the accounts reset each week or each month. I recall you that our limits were for a month then Janus said he made some changes and the newbies would be reset each week on Moday. I understand why no one was reset this past Monday due to the changes being made. The last comment back to Babylon5 said a monthly limit. Please advise as to what is correct.  Thanks
