It has a glossy cover wrap, double-sided color interior pages printed on real newsprint, precision folded, trimmed and saddle-stitched with two staples exactly like the original. Your Uncle Bob would probably think this is the real thing (comic book experts would know it's not). The scanned pages are cleaned up in Photoshop to enhance colors and make it look as much like the day it was originally printed as possible.

I have been in the printing and graphic design business for more than 45 years. I know what looks correct. Any book where scans are available can be made into your paper comic book (fiches are not a good idea; their condition is usually beyond Photoshop rescue).

We don't do t-shirts, but there are hundreds of POD companies who will take your cover image and put it on a t-shirt. As for the splash page, maybe I am misunderstanding the question. Wouldn't that just be a jpg?
