Patience, my dear old thing.  All I can say is I have no social media presence at all. And I have no trouble negotiating the world of comic books.  Nor did I need facecrap or other nonsense to find all the stuff I have contributed to this and other sites.
You seem very enthusiastic, but cb+ isn't like a commercial company where one can expect fast after sales service.
All of us who help run the site are volunteers doing it for the love of comics and to spread the word.
