| Synopsis | After an earthquake in a chain of uncrossed mountains occurs, destroying a city in the process, a lone trapper, checking his traps, comes across a youthful centaur, whom he takes back to his cabin. He learns the centaur is the sole survivor of the City of Centaurs, destroyed in the earthquake and so takes on the responsibility of raising the centaur and encouraging him to fight crime, which he does, teaming up with a reporter. |

Soon, the latest newspaper revealed the truth, making them that Rustleman had been used by Naval Intelligence to pass off fraudulent plans to the enemy. |

He asks Jack to kill him in order to be released from Psyk's power, but it's actually a ploy to steal Jack's ray contained in the stone in his lapel pin. Meanwhile, Psyk is sending Diana back to the United States to transfer Psyk's will to the President and other officials. Jack stops the attempt, but is arrested for the murder of Peter Smith, who accompanies Diana. |
