Possibly two wives. IIRC Sivana had been a good scientist who had gotten worn down by the world. He took his then two kids Beautia and Magnificus with him to Venus (I don't remember a mother going with them so she had either left Sivana or died). At some point later these other two children of Sivana were revealed to exist, indicating that they were from a second marriage or cloned.
