Dell must have been desperate for product. The contents are all black-and-white, mostly one-panel "gag" cartoons (with a few stories running up to 4 or 5 pages), all with "monster" motifs (but not the usual Universal-type monsters like Frankenstein's monster, Dracula, the Wolfman, etc., but just generic "monster"-looking characters). Not a laugh in 52 pages.

I got the book because I collect odd ball comics. This was one of them. Also since we have revived Dell Comics, I needed to see what was in this book. I agree that the content was not funny.
