The strips in the back of the book (in this issue "El Negrito Floridor" but others in other issues) appear to be taken from the British comic papers like "Film Fun."


Compare the art to the strips in this issue: /?dlid=61303

(The "Film Fun" strips usually starred real-life comedians but other British story papers printed similar stories without "name" stars).
