Seriously? The Blue Beetle has X-ray vision now? What next, a super-beetle as a pet? A Bizzaro-Beetle? Too weird.

How about this one?

Look at some of the support cast. DC decides to go full Spiderman?
If you can't beat them, copy them.

Why does Hollywood need AI? They keep making the same movie without it anyway.

DC decides to go full Spiderman?

Years ago at NitCentral I was complaining about Smallville not being very much like Superboy and another posted that was because they were basing it on Spider-Man.

That made so much sense.

The most recent DC Spider-Man knockoff was, I believe, Dan Didio's Sideways.

That was painful.

Anyone else cheer when the villainess said to target the family?

More like a mash-up of Spider-Man & Iron Man with a touch of Green Lantern when it comes to the "imagine it and I can make it" aspect.

I was out on page 3 when our boy Dan miraculously sees a nail in the roadway.

Allegedly the current BB movie threatens the return of Ditko's Ted Kord Beetle. Frankly I preferred him when he was Night Owl in the Watchmen movie but whatcha gonna do?  :)
