Let me get this straight. Patoruzú was an incredibly popular Argentine comic which had been around since the 1920s. And in 1946 Fox planned to do a comic with him? Got as far as printing the covers, then stopped? This is a weird story even for Fox.

No telling why Fox stopped. Maybe they found that they did not have the rights. Green made good use of them.
