I never cared that much for Fiction House. This is probably one of the poorest examples of golden age comics. Not one interesting feature. And no super hero. It's more like something from the UK.
But if it's just the comic strip presentation that you enjoy. I guess it's OK. But Jumbo Comics was a great beginning. And Fiction House was certainly different. They did try to be like the other company's once , I think. I recall one Super Hero. But they dropped it.
In my day we just had the movies and radio. I watched comics come into being. Never had any money for movies or comics. Got them from the garbage cans. But we did have a radio. My favorite was The Shadow. Still is. When I was old enough to work in the 1940's I finally had money to buy comics.
