Another interesting one comes up in the Random 12!
First the cover attracted me, by a name unfamiliar to me, 'Joseph Szokoli' Of all people his style here puts me in mind of Neal Adams!
And Here he is!

"Donenfeld invited Szokoli to help draw Superman, but he turned it down in preference for his professional status as a magazine cover artist. "
Wonder if he ever regretted it?
A comic book of stories based on Stamps. Nice idea.
The First story, The Philadelphia Mission, The destruction of the frigate U.S.S. Philadelphia on the Barbary coast, written by Harry Harrison, grabbed my attemtion because I have just finished reading a book about this era of US Naval history.
Also early Doug Wildey and Vince Colletta.
So, there are still things on this site I haven't discovered yet.
