The whole series is very strange. It is not even sure that it was published by Holyoke.

According to Overstreet, the only issue with Secret Agent Z-2 is #7,  and the issue is constructed from reprints of Crash #2.  Overstreet does not list Jane Drake or  Alec but as Strong Man and Blue Streak appear, I think we have to go with this being Holyoke One-Shot #7 from 1944 or 1945.
Best I can do.  But is it correct?
