I have detected some possible clues in the artwork as to the name of the artist who drew all these stories. For instance, on the 5th page of the first story, in two different panels the toy blocks spell out “JASON TIMMINS”. Also, on page 1 of the same story, an ink bottle says, “JASON INK.” In addition, on page 4 of the “Trixie Pixies” story one Pixie is named “Jason” and another “Timmy.” However, on the internet I could not find a comic book artist named Jason Timmins, but I did find one named Reuben Timmins (born Reuben Timinsky). He is credited here in CB+ as penciller and inker (signed R. Timmins) for Dinky Duck #16. Besides working in comics, in the ‘30s Mr. Timmins was an animator for the Fleischer studios, and also worked for Disney and Terrytoons. All his animation work is listed in IMDb under Reuben Timmins. Anyway, I speculate the “Jason Timmins” in this IW book is a favourite child family member of his, possibly his son or grandson. I could be wrong, of course.
