Some really weird art in this issue. "Moll Malloy" isn't actually good, but it isn't the regular Fox-type art (artist is Dick Rockwell, nephew of Norman Rockwell and a long-time assistant to Milt Caniff). The second story is by one of Fox's usual gang of marginally-talented artists and--another Fox trademark--is about 80% captions and dialogue balloons and 20% drawings. The third story is just rather poor overall.
