I enjoyed the Will Eisner story a lot, even though it wasn't "colored." It didn't seem to have the rich cross-hatching and textured shading of the Eisner story in the first issue in this archive, but the characters were interesting, the bad-guy didn't have a stereotypical appearance, and the fight panels exuded movement/action.
The second story ended with a scene such as I remember from a Hopalong Cassidy radio program, but the story had a nice gimmick having to do with the lawman's horse.
