Is there any chance that the centre pages could be added individually at the end at "full size" so to speak. In their current form as a spread they are totally unreadable.

I delete the individual pages after joining so they are not available.  I use CDisplayEx to read them and it is easy to zoom to a much larger size at that middle section.  Fiddly I agree but I prefer to see the artwork as it is in the paper.
