Both versions of #15 uploaded by Movielover and CB+ appear to be #16 with an incorrect cover.
Issue #15 covered Jan-Feb 1952 and is cover dated February 1952.
Although the isuue number on page 3 is badly printed, the period covered is shown as Mar-Apr 1952.
The details of #16 held at the Grand Comics Database would indicate the contents are from that issue and not issue #15.
