Originally I'd speculated about what this cover has to do with WWI and Hitler. Then I realized the cover is a reprint of the splash page from Konga #1. The figure was NOT Hitler and there were four other figures fleeing Konga, which have been removed for #4. The editor apparently dreamed up the Hitler connection and had the art redrawn. I don't know why...the original page would have made a splendid cover as it was.
