Great to see these new Knockout scans, but is there some after-the-fact way to add issue numbers to the titles? Presently, without numbers, they show up before issue #1. Thanks for posting them!

I've added the numbers.  They should be in the correct order now.

I have been putting them in whilst adding the dates ... there are more coming and I will (eventually) do them :)
