As far as I know, W.G. Hargis, who is supposed to have done Inspector Denver here, never worked for DC. So why does this story remind me so much of DC? There are Dan Barry, Gil Kane, Murphy Anderson, etc. influences all over the place. Are these swipes? What's going on here? Is this really Hargis?
