The publisher of this comic is unknown, but do we know if it's American, UK, Canadian or Australian?

Very British and featuring the talents of Norman Light. Stories originally appeared in the early '50's in Spaceman comics, published by Light.  There is a new volume available from Bear Alley Books featuring the complete run of stories:-
