Hello, this tongue is no german, is dutch, holland, neerlandés..., no german.
The autor draw is José Carlos García Pizarro (Madrid, Spain).

Well, integro, we know it's Dutch.  It's listed as Dutch and it's a Dutch beeldroman and it's in the Dutch language section.  The point is it was originally a reprint of a Spanish comic, as noted by Starman, a year ago.
