Nice to know I can still find books as interesting as this that I didn't know were on the site.
Been looking for the Fantom of the Fair and the Masked Marvel for some time.

He's listed as PD, even though DC brought him back in a Roy Thomas Wesley Dobbs story in secret origins. This story also featured the robot Electro and the Crimson Avenger. The fantom was a villian.
