I'm showing you still have about 10mb left. What is the error message you're getting?
Since it's apparent that you missed the purpose of my post, let me ask you a question. Are you making a point here that if there's any download capacity on the meter at all, then you're not going to reset once a week as promised?
Last week, like every other newbie here I had to come and ask you set my account so that I could download something after it was apparent that it wasn't going to happen on it's own.. The account was set for 20 /200. I downloaded 4 comics and used 120 megs for those 4. That left me 80 megs for the week before I would be due to have account reset. I came back Sunday night only to discover that the site was down.
I came back last night agian. I still had only 80 megs, meaning my account was not reset on Mon as it was supposed to be, instead of the 200 that should have been there. I downloaded 3 additional comics with the 80 megs that were left leaving 9 megs in the account. Had the site been available on Sun the account would have ended with 9 megs then instead of last night.
Since the reset was not done on Monday, I asked that it be done last night and after checking a few minutes ago, I see that my request was denied because based on your response that I wasn't due for reset since I still had 9 megs on the account. If this is going to be the attitude of those of you running this site, then don't bother resetting it period. I'm not some little kid who's going to crawl in here every week on my knees and beg the powers that be to PLEASE reset my account so that I can download 5-10 comics. There are numerous other places offering the same exact stuff you are and they don't make new members jump thorough hoops to get table scraps from the lords of the manor.
It's obvious what's going on here. You place extreme limitaions on new members and force them to beg for renewal each week all the while dropping little hints in many of the threads that if we donate to the site and get VIP status we won't have to go through this every week. I belong to 13 different forums and I have VIP status in 3 of them. I donated voluntarilly because I use those sites a lot. The others I don't. Depending on how much I might have used this forum, I would have proabaly donated down the road, however I'm not going to be forced into donation by these games you're playing here. I have no desire at all to become a member here and I suspect a lot of others won't either once the word gets out that their are alternate fourms to this one offering the exact same comics without all the bullshit.
